We are offering for rent our brand new custom home in beautiful Cape Cod between the weeks of May 29, 2010 through December 31st 2010.

This home is over 2500 Square feet and has four bedroom and 2 ½ baths. It will sleep eight people comfortably. Hardwood floors through out and berber carpet in all of the bedrooms. Tastefully furnished with a large kitchen table and screened in porch including exterior deck with outdoor shower. Granite slabs in the kitchen with all new appliances. There is cable TV in three locations including master bedroom. Wireless Internet hub located on site. Main Floor master for easy access for seniors or wheelchair.

This home is located just a few hundred yards from the bay (5-10 minute walk) and a short drive to the national sea shore (less than 2 miles). It is tucked away on a dirt road in a nice quiet location surrounded by locust trees. This is an excellent place to take your family for a quiet vacation.

Terms of the rental are as follows:

Weekly rental based on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
Check in time is 5:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 pm.
Rental is $2.900.00 per week (with $500.00 of this due to secure lease as initial deposit) - off-season rates available as well.
There is a $500.00 cleaning/damage/phone deposit (refunded within 2 weeks after lease pending owner review of the property
Renter is responsible to have home in clean condition after stay
Renter is responsible for all damage to furniture or home

Note: A signed lease agreement together with deposit is needed to secure your rental.
